All prints are currently sold and shipped as a loose prints in high quality tubes. Frames are not included but all prints fit perfectly into standard size frames.

Postcard bundles are shipped in protective envelopes to ensure safe shipping.

The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge. 

Just send an email with a photo of the package, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to jon@jonfromiceland.com and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away.

We'll cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print.
